Relocation of Assets
• Relocate assets according to your needs and tell the system your new destination. The system will be in charge of relocating all the information related to the component without losing the traceability of the existing data.
GPS link
• Link all component information to Google Earth. Simply enter the GIS coordinates of the surface installation or the installation component, you can export from SISCORP v1.0 the information you want to view it in this system.
For functions of exporting information to Google Maps / Earth requires Chrome and Google Earth installed on your PC. Google Maps, Google Earth and Chrome are registered trademarks of Google.

Management Units
Manage multiple Management Units with their corresponding fields and areas or districts.
Asset Management
Manage assets of real locations. Identify each of its Surface Installations, with their corresponding components (Tanks, Pressure Vessels, Heaters and Interconnection Lines), as well as the Field Lines (Ducts and Wells), between stations and main pipelines.
What information can I store?
• Surface facilities classified by type and function
• Components (Tanks, Pressure Vessels, Boilers and Pipes) classified by type and function.
• Driving lines classified by function and product transported.
• Association of Isometry and Line Schemes. Relate Teams
• For each component, add data on Identification, Design and Engineering, Construction, Accessibility and Safety, Operation, Integrity, Protection against Corrosion, Geographical, among others.
• Generate subsystems for the component. The subsystems or parts of the component will allow you to divide the equipment into sections that can be monitored independently. For example: The Tank component can be divided into subsystems: Enclosure, Floor, Roof, Coil, Connections, etc.
Historical
You will have access to all the information of inspections, tests and activities of chronologically ordered equipment, just by selecting the asset.
Indicators
Each of the modules allows the emission of dynamic indicators with the data you want to see, grouped by the types of data you need, by components, surface facilities, periods between dates, etc.

During the station monitoring you can check the status indicators, which will quickly inform you where the problems really are.


Documental Control
Over time, maintenance departments generate multiple and varied documents related to different studies, analysis, data collection, among others, for each installation or existing component. These documents are usually distributed on several shared disks or on a particular machine, and valuable time is usually spent on searching for such documents.
SISCORP allows you to manage these documents in a fast and precise way, simply by dragging and dropping each document to the corresponding asset. The system detects each type of file to be classified, maintaining its structure and format and storing it for later use. The file is copied and its name is changed for a better classification of them.

WHAT TYPES OF DOCUMENTS CAN I INSERT?
The documents that you can associate with each asset can be in any format, among the most common we can find:

No matter what type of file is involved, just drag and drop it on the asset, and be associated with it.
CHECK IN
All the documents that enter the system, including the reports of tests and inspection issued by SISCORP, must be digitally endorsed by the corresponding responsible so that they are contemplated by the monitoring system, and in this way avoid that documents and reports remain check and / or lost.
In addition, if any document determines a date of close inspection, or frequency of inspection, it can be defined within the system for inclusion in the monitoring system and therefore in the inspection programs.
