WELDING DATA
Management of PQR (Qualification of Procedures), WPS (Specification of Procedures) & WPQ (Qualifications of Welder) for each project, with their corresponding Qualification Test.
RECEPTION OF MATERIALES
Record all the material that you enter for a project. Assign traceability codes for optimal classification and easy control. Link the corresponding quality certificates and access them from the welding map or another place.
Record all the welds of the project in the different stages of construction. Define prefabricated and field welds, record all involved processes.
NON DESTRUCTIVE TEST
If you have QC personnel affected to the project, issue from SISCORP the inspection reports of the tests carried out.
DATABOOKS
Manage manufacturing and assembly databooks from one place. Measure progress, attach documents, issue and print covers, indexes, check list, punch list, signature records.
