The support modules are transversal applications to the applications of Design, Manufacturing, Assembly, Inspection & Testing, Operation and Maintenance. Through them you can manage information and data that will be used by the main applications. These support modules are distributed in well-defined categories.
With these modules, Personal Companies, Micro SMEs and SMEs will be able to manage information in different areas such as Administrative, Commercial, Operational and Technical.
USER MANAGEMENT

Through this user management module, you can add users to the system and, in addition, you can give or remove access to the different functionalities of each of the modules.
WELD COUPON MANAGEMENT

This module allows you to manage the specimens used for the Qualification of Procedures and Qualification of Welders. It will allow you to maintain administrative traceability, of non-destructive tests and documentary of each of them.
Manages welding documents, such as EPS, PQR and Welders Qualification, which become part of the company's corresponding welding matrix.
These documents are available for use in the modules that need it.

LOCATION MANAGEMENT

This module allows you to concentrate, classify, and manage all the information concerning surface installations, components and subsystems existing in locations and / or deposits, as well as tools and equipment.
It is of direct support to the INSPECTION & ESSAYS module, for assigning works to real installations, which can then be included in maintenance and inspection programs of the company and clients.
It also allows monitoring of status in these facilities.
Its exclusive mission is to provide the service with an added value in the handling of information, allowing the processing of traceability data in tools, equipment, pipelines, tanks, pressure vessels and support subsystems in surface facilities, among others.
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT

It provides support to all the administrative activities of the company, such as personnel, orders, budget, purchases, vehicles, insurance, documentation, inventories, and maintenance control. For heavy fleet it allows the registration of HS of use, registration of spare parts by nros of parts and administration of special services.
OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT

The objective of this module is to generate the necessary records in the daily management and classification of work carried out in the company's production departments. In addition, its mission is to provide records support and carry out the necessary and routine controls in the handling of data that can generate certifications, historical, statistics and summaries of work automatically.
TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT

The objective of this module is to concentrate all the processes related to the technical department of the company. It allows you to manage Equipment, Supplies, Specifications, Code Data Tables, Technical Procedures, check list and all documentation related to non-destructive testing techniques, Measurement Instruments and calibrations.
